Breville launched its signature Oracle coffee machine almost 10 years ago, changing the game for homemade espresso. Reviews of the sleek machine suggested it was good enough to put local baristas out of business, and now the Australian brand has done it again with its latest release, the Oracle Jet.
The new model takes the best of the original Oracle and adds a host of refined upgrades that can be tailored to the tastes of even the fussiest coffee lover.
It introduces the ThermoJet heating system, which allows the machine to heat up in just a matter of seconds, while users can now customise the brew temperature to the exact degree.
The machine automatically grinds, doses and tamps, offering 45 different grind settings, and there’s a range of alternative milk settings so you can create silky smooth microfoam whether you’re an oat, almond, soy or dairy milk drinker.
Plus, the five-inch, high-def touch screen enables you to swipe and select from 10 preset drinks, including new Cold Brew and Cold Espresso options.
Design was also front of mind for the compact machine — available in luxurious colourways of Brushed Stainless Steel, Sea Salt and Black Truffle — to ensure it looks just as great as it performs.
