New Zealand-born, Sydney based designer Lillie Toogood has recently launched her new label GOOD&CO with a stunning debut range of silk scarves. Each scarf features 'a moment of curiosity', captured on camera in international cities including Paris, Berlin, London and Barcelona. Must admit I'm not always taken by digitally printed textiles (even though I know it's supposed to be outrageously cool) but these scarves really grabbed me instantly... LOVE those incredible splashes of colour, and the idea that the photographic image is kind of a secret, obscured when the scarf is worn.
Each scarf is a generous 170cm x 130cm, printed on 100% silk. They retail at $220 and can be bought in the GOOD&CO online store! They're also available in Australia at Incu (who are mainly in Sydney but allegedly will open a ladies store in Melbourne very soon. FINALLY.)
ps. Can you believe someone is actually called Lillie Toogood? Surely anyone with a name like this is destined to be outrageously famous and/or successful!? It just isn't fair on the rest of us.
